I work as a developer, and use my XReal glasses for hours a day for work, programming/Zoom calls - working mainly outside, when the weather permits.
My setup
No Nebula - while I would ideally like multiple monitors, it just can't keep the screen steady, which causes me eye strain. I use the beam to keep the screen steady, and so I can use depth control to comfortably zoom into the screen, so text is straightforward to read.
No Better Display - I have had little success messing around with this either. Using the beam and depth control has had better results for me.
I also bring a host of accessories outside when working from home—mechanical keyboard, external microphone, headphones, and more recently use my Google Pixel 9 as an external webcam.
